1.1 Purpose of Our Services Sapphire Learning UK LTD (“Sapphire”) provides educational courses and resources to support students in preparing for their ORE (Overseas Registration Examination) and LDS (Licentiate in Dental Surgery) exams.
1.2 No Guarantee of Success While our courses are designed to fully support candidates, enhance your understanding and accelerate preparation with insights to the real exam, success in the ORE or LDS exams depends solely on your individual effort, dedication, and external factors beyond our control. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will pass the exams.
1.3 Private Tutoring Role Our role is comparable to that of a private tutor. We offer advice, guidance, and learning support with materials, to supplement your studies. Ultimate responsibility for exam preparation lies with you, the student.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1 No Legal Recourse By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree that the unfortunate case of failure to pass the ORE or LDS exams cannot be attributed to Sapphire or its instructors. Under no circumstances shall Sapphire or its affiliates be held liable for your exam results.
2.2 Exclusion of Damages Sapphire is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, reputation, or additional exam fees incurred due to unsuccessful attempts.
2.3 Personal Responsibility Students are solely responsible for completing the syllabus, practicing the skills taught, and adhering to all exam requirements. Our services are intended to supplement your learning, not replace your personal commitment to study and practice.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership of Materials All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and written guides, are the intellectual property of Sapphire Dental Learning UK. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
3.2 Restricted Use Unauthorised use or distribution of our course content may result in termination of access to our services and legal action where applicable.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Non-Refundable Fees Payments made for courses are non-refundable, except in cases of proven administrative error by Sapphire.
4.2 Cancellations Cancellations can be initiated by either the tutor or the candidate due to unforeseen circumstances. Lessons may be rescheduled up to two times where possible. In special cases, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Sapphire.
4.3 Course Changes We reserve the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or content as needed in certain unforeseen circumstances. Changes will be communicated in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Student Behaviour Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund.
5.2 Attendance Regular attendance and participation are essential for the effective delivery of our courses. Sapphire is not responsible for the impact of missed classes on a student’s preparation.
6. Data Protection
